Our Ice Cream

We serve locally sourced, hand scooped ice cream from The Independent Dairy, one of the oldest and largest ice cream makers in Michigan.   There are over 50 flavors to choose from!

The Unique Dessert Experience

The cart comes with an Ice Cream Cart Attendant. It will be served in cups or waffle cones. We are ready to serve weddings, parties and corporate events in the Toledo and Southeast Michigan areas.

We all love ice cream!

It's even better when its from a cute cart scooped by me or one of my amazing ice cream scoopers! I'm here to give your special day a splash of class and fun!


Shaffer's Sweets Boutique Ice Cream Cart began in 2024. After working in the wedding industry, as a second photographer with my mom, I saw the need for unique dessert experiences. I began the dream of bringing delicious ice cream, in a cute cart, to weddings and events.
